Dunwoody is a great, down-to-earth prof who takes a real interest in her students and treats them as equals. She expects feedback and class discussion but she doesn\'t make you feel stupid when you add your thoughts. All-round awesome teacher, I definately reccomend her!

Amazing professor, I learnd so much.

Completely biased. Whenever she discusses race, she\'ll use correct terminology (e.g,) African American, Indigenous, etc. But whenever she refers to Caucasians, they\'re \'the whites\'. Someone this biased should not be teaching in an academic environment.

HORRIBLE COURSE!! I didn\'t know what human geography was before taking this course and I still don\'t. She didn\'t explain anything and the course had absolutely no direction. The majority of the readings were around the topic of queer lifestyles and lesbian issues. She grades hard. NOT APPROACHABLE!!

Amber is a very intelligent person. Attendance in class is mandatory to getting a passing grade. Her teaching style encourages note taking and the notes she provides are awesome for studying. The class is interactive and she challenges many of societies dominant ideologies but is respectful of everyone\'s opinions.

It was hard to understand her. She was teaching in French (which is NOT her first language and maybe not even her second. However, she is very helpful when you ask questions. She knows her stuff but there is a language barrier. Over all: Great person, mediocre teaching. If the class was taught in English it would have made all the difference!
