Loved to hear herself speak - unfortunately, not about the course - heard more about her love / social life. Would play favourites and \'punish\' anyone who disagreed with her - through the use of grade deduction. When I called her on this matter - she realized that she "forgot" to mark an entire section on my final exam!

Lian is an excellent prof, always there to help, always has something positive to say, she\'s a treasure chest of great ideas, and a most valuable part of our Tourism Faculty!!
