If you've got a good firm grasp on your political theory going into the course, you'll be fine. It's a fun course, and is mostly a worthwhile exercise in debate.

This man is too intelligent for his own good. He keeps babling on and on. This was a theory class however no theory was discussed at length. Learned more on my own. He is a hard marker. Before you go out and venture into your essays, make an appointment with him as he has biases (e.g. spirituality). He is unclear. Hated this class!

Great Prof, i acctually chose this prof because of all the great comments about him on this site. It was a great experience and this teacher made criminology interesting. Very interactive classes as well. Overall this prof is what other profs should strive to be like.

excellent prof fun and easy

Useless prof.. I heard the course was hard before taking it. After taking it things just got worse and worse! Assignments were boring! Midterm was horrible. Do not recommend him for 263. I hear however he is a good prof in other clases

Good sense of humour, and willing to help.

Overall, a really good professor. He is very sociable, helpful, and knows a lot on worldly issues. He takes time to help you outside of class if you need it which is great to see. He is a fair marker, and gives fair questions on exams, or for essays. He is somewhat timid, but shouldn\'t be as he knows his stuff! Great addition to LU!
