If you've got a good firm grasp on your political theory going into the course, you'll be fine. It's a fun course, and is mostly a worthwhile exercise in debate.

Overall, a really good professor. He is very sociable, helpful, and knows a lot on worldly issues. He takes time to help you outside of class if you need it which is great to see. He is a fair marker, and gives fair questions on exams, or for essays. He is somewhat timid, but shouldn\'t be as he knows his stuff! Great addition to LU!

he is the best, allows his student to take over and just direct the disscussion, very knowledgable even though his exams are killers. i still have a tired arm from writing his final. he is fair though.

We at Queen\'s call this guy the Wikipedia Guy. Almost all of his lecture material was literally word for word directly from Wikipedia. Perhaps its different at RMC, but we at Queen\'s feel like we wasted a ton of time and money. Arrogance as well, is the perfect synonym for this guy. Avoid like the plague. Totally unsuccessful as teacher/person

This guy should not be a TA. He was utterly useless... didn\'t seem interested in the course... let people ramble in tutorial about pointless stuff. Sorry, but agree with other poster... he\'s not hot nor is he super intelligent.

One of the best professors I have ever had, lectures are actually relevant, as long as you go to class you basically have a good idea what will be on the test, awesome prof and unbelievably helpful
