Don\'t think he\'s teaching at Osgoode Hall any more. Professor Barmherzig was one of the better instructors. Very helpful.

Well organized, sticks to course outline, readings are helpful and are not too heavy. Takes time to explain again if class isn\'t getting it. She provides numerous examples to clarify and makes sure you are prepared for the exam... And, she is super cute. Can\'t wait to take bankruptcy with her!

Great guy. Always keeps class interesting and always has interesting examples. If you are interested in policy, he is your man.

This professor SHOULD be more interesting, given his authority on the topic (former Crown now judge) but it is without question one of the worst classes I have ever taken - he reads almost verbatim from the text, has never taught more than one hour out of what should be a two hour class and speaks in a monotone, dry manner. What a disappointment!

Hard to believe his teaching style to split the teaching between he and Paul Muldoon. Took this class during the 2007-08 year. Both are very open, very accommodating. They shared alot of their career life experiences as environmental lawyers with the class. Something not in a textbook. Highly recommended!
