Please do yourself a favour...don\'t waste your time sitting in his class. If you do, there\'s only you to blame once it\'s over. It\'s a perfect example of "Time ILL-Spent".

Very helpful and attentive. I was surprised how she got to know everyone\'s names right after the first class. Very knowledgeable and takes time to make sure students understand. However, if you get the material quickly, you might be a little irritated with her taking some time to explain it to those students who don\'t get it. Overall VERY GOOD!!!

Professor Ponak taught an upper level Arbitration course. This was one of the best, if not the best, course I have taken during my MBA. Prof Ponak is clear, interesting and personable. I learnt so much in this course. A pure joy.
