Wonderful prof. Very kind and approachable. Presents moderately dry (pardon the pun) material in a clear manner and really wants you to understand and succeed. I also had him for 1st year geography and was very pleased.

Tough guy to review. Pros: A really nice guy, good sense of humour. Cons: Boring classroom presence, lectures drag on and on. Bottom Line: If it\'s a small class, or you\'re the type of student who likes to get to know the prof then take a class with him. If it\'s a big class and just lectures, your probably going to get bored.

Haven't finished the course yet, but he seems to have the students' success in mind. iClicker for participation (66% just for being there, 33 for answer) no textbook, sht essay, multiple choice exams w/ sht answer. Only problem is he goes very slow, so it can get boring in the 3-hr class.

This course is extremely difficult. Notes taken in class has nothing to do with the midterms. Puts random questions, and it is very hard to succeed in this course!Be careful!

Took the DE course, and he is RUDE.

For 120 you\'ll want either Adam or Franny. Adam was there for me every step of the way, I felt like it was important to him that I succeed. I went for extra help before every exam, as did many others, and I got a final mark in the high nineties. Thanks Adam!

Very nice TA. She is very helpful and informative. She really cares and is very fair!

Nice guy, lectures can be very dry.
