The arrogance of this boring, soulless "artist" was an insult to the whole class.

He is not the best prof, but a very very nice and understanding person. His lectures are extremely boring , but he has fair MTs, and Final. Overall, he is not a bad prof after all.

midterms were decent, the final was too but a bit harder. hes quite sincere to his students.

Pretty nice guy, fairly helpful, but ineffective teacher. There is something really suspicious about the other comments on here. Usually students don't comment about how other students should try harder. Many of the overly positive ratings follow the same format and have a lot of "very"s. Hmmm. Overall, not bad, but not great by a long shot.

Fantastic prof-young, passionate and exciting to be in her class. Highly recommend this prof.

I took POLI 364A with Professor Bower this summer, and honestly learnt so much from him. He's fun, knowledgeable and engaging. The subject of this course is interesting in itself, but Professor Bower really made the expectations clear.

he's a very helpful teacher, available for office hours, great prof.
