A very helpful prof, very clear lectures, and approachable. I really am surprised that someone gave her a low rating, he/she probably didn’t study at all or wanted a 1+1=2 Statistics. Believe me; you won’t regret taking this course with her. One of the best profs for statistic(Ps: she works for Stats Canada, she KNOWS what she’s talking about)
holly......don't want to hear her voice! never!
Teaches a little too fast and, while he the accent can make some words difficult to understand, but he's a great teacher and extremely helpful and sympathetic.
I agree with the previous (and, sadly, only positive) comment. Brilliant man, if somewhat harsh on the more disinterested student. Affable, extremely knowledgeable, subtly witty - and highly demanding. Lancashire accent pronounced whilst speaking French, most startling.
Every one warned me b4 taking this class that its a super hard course with a tuff professor, it was an amazing experience, he is some one who knows his stuff and knows how to teach very well. If u interested in wireless communication or even digital communication sysc4604,he is the one to engrave these information smoothly in your brain
CHARACTER: What comes out of his classes is a lesson in character. Humility despite great success, being down to earth, approachable, well meaning. L.I.V.I.N.G. amongst others. That's what one truly gets out of this guy. A lesson in LIFE!
Great Prof, i acctually chose this prof because of all the great comments about him on this site. It was a great experience and this teacher made criminology interesting. Very interactive classes as well. Overall this prof is what other profs should strive to be like.
His class was extremely boring and hard to pay attention to. It's true that the material is dry, but he doesn't help the situation. He was hard to understand and his teaching wasn't the greatest. The assignments had some tricks in it, but the midterm/ exam was straight forward for the most part.
Prof. Braimah is very approachable and helpful, despite SEEMING like a jerk at first. Good lecture notes and answers questions gladly. We were very well prepared for the two mid-terms and the final exams: the questions on those were easy compared to the ones done in the tutorial! Very good prof in my books.
took the course awhile ago. man what part of best TA ever don't people understand?
