The most you get from Agora or U Ottawa bookstore buyback is 50% of what you paid. That’s assuming your textbook is in great condition and the store hasn’t reached its quota yet. Otherwise this % drops and as you get to the front of the buyback lineup, and as the bookstore reaches its quota, you’ll be lucky to sell just a few of your textbooks. If you trade directly with other students, you get more for book, and the buyer pays less because there’s no middle man. Everyone wins!
