This professor is not good. His material is useless (bacteriophage lambda nut ad qut operons... never even told us what it meant). You can study over 50 hour for the exam and barely pass.

Dr. Guarne is a wonderful professor who has made crystallography a fascinating class. I love her enthusiasm about the topic, it is easy to see that she truly loves her area of research. She is always patient and understanding when answering questions. Thanks for teaching a great class!

She gives you a lot of ways to earn marks and her tests are sectioned which makes thinking easier. Her notes are a little all over the map with pictures of cycles and she talks and talks about them but not much is written down so it's hard to really get the picture when you go back and look at it. Lots of LITTLE and tedious things to get easy marks

Great prof. Class is interesting, she\'s pretty funny too. Keep up with problem sets, and you\'ll do fine. if you fall back she\'s always happy to help and had students in class to help during problem sessions. I loved that she had time after each class to work on problems,
